Lovely Stoles, and Shawls in a variety of fashions not featured on our webstore are quite often in our collection, but simply have not yet been photographed. Should you be looking for a particular shawl wrap style or color, please contact us at info@hamsashawls or call personally with your request. We will be happy to arrange a custom photo shoot especially for you and then email shawl images and details.We also have available a limited number of quality Shawls with unique design or craftsmanship from the Collectors Chest. These have been reserved for Private Sale for Shawl and Textile Arts aficionados.

Shawl Inquires & Special Request Guidelines
- Wraps and Shawls requiring unscheduled photo shoots and creation of properly edited images require a considerable donation of time and effort. We are happy to perform these services without cost, but please do be courteous when placing a special request.
Following are our basic guidelines. If you need exceptionally speedy service kindly call to determine if we can accommodate your timeline.
• Allow 3-7 working days during off-season for unscheduled wrap shawl photo sessions.
• Allow 7-14 working days during Fall/Winter season for unscheduled shawl photo sessions.
• Kindly Respond within 24 hours once we send images that have been professionally created to accommodate your shawl special request. If we do not hear from you within that period, the shawls or shawl will be available for immediate posting to our website.
• If you wish to order wraps and shawls with Custom Design, allow 3-4 months for design and production of a single shawl. Custom orders for multiple shawls will require additional time. An additional 2-3 weeks is normally required for export, shipping, entry clearance, and delivery. This is especially important for our customers planning weddings and galas.
• Custom design services are available during much of the year, but are not available October-December. Also, due to the complexities of production during monsoon season in India and Kashmir, custom design is not recommended, or may not be available, during the months of May and June. We will always do our best on your behalf, but kindly keep these factors in mind.
• A non-refundable deposit of 35% is required for all custom orders, due and payable upon approval of design and before production begins. Non-refundable payment for the balance due on custom design orders plus shipping charges are due and payable prior to shipment. Custom design orders are not returnable and may not be exchanged for other shawls.
